Yes. Import an OPML file from another podcast app, or restore an encrypted Yak backup if you are moving devices.
Not in the current free Android release. Use OPML export or an encrypted on-device backup to move your library. Yak does not offer a Cloud sync service today; if that changes, we will update the privacy policy and this site before offering Cloud sync.
